1. Mail Reception & Handling
  • Additional Letters (beyond package allowance): £2.50 per item
  • Large Envelopes / Packets (>A4 or >250g): £5.00 per item
  • Parcels (up to 2kg): £10.00 per item
  • Parcels (2kg – 10kg): £20.00 per item
  • Oversized Parcels (>10kg): £30.00+ (quoted individually)
2. Mail Scanning & Forwarding
  • Extra Page Scanning (beyond allowance): £0.75 per page
  • Urgent Scan Request (same-day service): £5.00 per item
  • Additional Email Recipients (per scan): £1.00
3. Mail Storage
  • Free storage included: 14 days (letters), 7 days (parcels)
  • Extended Storage – Letters: £0.50 per item per week
  • Extended Storage – Parcels: £2.00 per item per day (after free period)
4. Mail Forwarding (Physical Postage + Handling Fee)
  • Standard Letters: Royal Mail postage cost + £2.00 handling
  • Tracked / Signed Post: Carrier cost + £5.00 handling
  • Parcels: Carrier cost + £7.50 handling
  • Courier Service (DHL / UPS / FedEx etc.): Quoted individually (cost + £10 handling)
5. Special Requests
  • Mail Consolidation (bundling multiple items): £5.00 per batch
  • Open & Describe Service (if no scan requested): £3.00 per item
  • Certificate / Official Document Handling (signed-for storage & priority handling): £10.00 per item

  • All costs are in addition to the standard package fees.
  • Postage/courier charges are billed at cost (at Wrkmail’s rates) plus handling.
  • Customers are notified before forwarding parcels or items with extra charges.

2. Incoming Parcel Handling Fees
Per Parcel Handling (Pay-as-you-go)

  • Small Parcels (<2kg): £2.50 each
  • Medium Parcels (2–10kg): £4.50 each
  • Large Parcels (10–20kg): £7.00 each
  • Oversized (>20kg or >120cm): £12.00 each

Includes scanning of outer label + notification.

After Free Period Ends
  • Letters: £0.10/day
  • Small Parcels (<2kg): £0.50/day
  • Medium Parcels (2–10kg): £1.00/day
  • Large Parcels (10–20kg): £2.00/day
  • Oversized (>20kg): £3.50/day

Long-term storage (30+ days): +20% surcharge

Basic Consolidation

Advanced Consolidation
  • Combine 4+ parcels

  • Fee: £10.00–£20.00 (depending on complexity)
Photo Verification (optional)

  • Full 10-photo set: £5.00
