1. Overview

Wrkmail provides digital business services including virtual office addresses, mail handling, call answering, and related support solutions. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer returns in the traditional sense, but refunds may be issued in specific cases as outlined below.


2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (For Consumers)

If you are a consumer (not acting on behalf of a business), and you purchase services online or via phone, you are entitled under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations to cancel your subscription within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

However, if you request that services begin within this 14-day period (e.g., by using the address or receiving mail), then you waive your right to a full refund and may only receive a partial refund based on the unused portion of the service.


3. Refund Eligibility

✅ Full Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • You cancel within 14 days and have not used the service, and
  • Your identity/KYC checks have not yet been completed or approved

❌ No Refunds Will Be Issued If:

  • Your identity cannot be verified due to failure to supply required documentation (as per AML/KYC requirements)
  • You have already received or used the service (e.g., mail delivery, address usage)
  • Your subscription is cancelled after the 14-day period
  • You are found to be using the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes
  • You are on a monthly plan and request cancellation mid-cycle (the service will continue until the end of the current paid term)

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are discounted and non-refundable after the 14-day period, except in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion.

If you request a cancellation within 14 days but have already used the service, a pro-rata refund may be granted based on time used and administrative costs.


5. Service Cancellations

You can cancel your service at any time by:

  • Logging into your client portal and submitting a cancellation request

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing.
No refunds will be issued for unused time after cancellation on monthly plans.


6. Service Refusal or Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service without refund if:

  • There is suspected misuse, fraud, or illegal activity
  • The client fails to pass compliance or verification checks
  • The client breaches our Terms & Conditions
