3. Service Activation

Services will only be activated once:

  • Full payment has been received
  • Valid proof of ID and proof of address (dated within 3 months) have been submitted
  • Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks have been completed

4. Proof of Identity & Compliance

We are legally required to collect and verify identity documents for all clients under the UK Money Laundering Regulations 2017.

You must provide:

  • Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence)
  • Recent proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)

Failure to comply may result in delayed service activation or termination.

5. Use of Address

You may use the provided address:

  • On websites, business cards, and marketing materials
  • As your registered office with Companies House (if included in your package)
  • As a director’s service address (if included)

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

  • Receiving prohibited or illegal goods
  • Using the address for fraudulent, misleading, or criminal purposes
  • Listing the address as a physical office or retail space without permission

6. Mail Handling Policy

  • All mail will be processed in line with your selected plan.
  • Mail can be scanned, stored, forwarded, or destroyed as per your preferences.
  • Unclaimed mail older than 60 days may be destroyed unless otherwise agreed.
  • Parcels and signed deliveries will be accepted at our discretion.

Forwarding and scanning limits are based on your selected package. Additional charges may apply.

7. Payments & Renewals

  • Payment is required upfront (monthly or annually).
  • Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 7 days before the renewal date.
  • Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or account closure.

8. Termination & Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel your service:

  • If you breach these terms
  • If we receive fraudulent or suspicious mail
  • For non-payment

No refunds will be issued for unused periods on monthly plans.

9. Limitation of Liability

We will take all reasonable care in handling your mail and services. However:

  • We are not liable for any loss of mail due to incorrect or incomplete addressing
  • We are not responsible for delays by postal or courier services
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in the preceding 3 months

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We comply with the UK GDPR and will securely handle your personal data.
We will never sell or share your information with third parties unless legally required.

11. Intellectual Property

We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified via email, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
